Knights extend Justin Holbrook until 2030

Newcastle have extended head coach Justin Holbrook's contract by two years, locking him in until at least the end of 2030. The deal comes after a debut season in which Holbrook guided the Knights to their first Grand Final in 25 years. Director of Football Chris James credited Holbrook with building a strong culture where players enjoy coming to work, and with reconnecting the team with fans across the Hunter. Holbrook said he was grateful for the support of the club's board and staff, and thanked members and fans for their backing this season.
