Kangaroos brace for World Cup disruptions with two babies and a wedding
The Kangaroos are preparing for some happy disruptions during the World Cup, with Tom Dearden and Kotoni Staggs both set to leave camp for the births of their first children. Dearden is expected to depart between the first and second games, and Staggs between the second and third. Sam Walker will also join camp a day late after attending his brother's wedding, capping a big week following his grand final win with the Roosters. Coach Kevin Walters faces several tough selection calls before the opener against New Zealand, including whether Clive Churchill Medallist James Tedesco or Test incumbent Reece Walsh starts at fullback. Early indications suggest Cameron Munster and Mitchell Moses will be the halves pairing.
