Grand Final 24-hour update confirms changes for Roosters and Knights
The Grand Final 24-hour update has confirmed changes for both sides ahead of Sunday's decider. For the Roosters, Benaiah Ioelu joins the bench after Connor Watson was denied clearance to play, while Egan Butcher stays in the squad as reserve. Daly Cherry-Evans will also become the oldest player in Grand Final history in his last NRL game, passing Cameron Smith's record. For the Knights, Harrison Graham comes into the starting side to replace the suspended Phoenix Crossland, with Kyle McCarthy joining the bench. Thomas Cant could still start at hooker with Graham coming off the bench, while young forward Diesel Hagan remains in the squad and is still a chance to debut. Bradman Best sat out training earlier in the week as a precaution but will be ready to go.
