Cleary avoids ban, awaits scans on foot injury
Nathan Cleary has avoided a ban after being handed a Grade 1 dangerous-contact charge for collecting Hugo Savala's kicking leg. Cleary can play Penrith's preliminary final, but will undergo scans on his right foot after suffering an injury late in Sunday's win. The foot injury could now be the bigger concern.
