V'landys opens door to review of set-restart and ruck rules

Peter V'landys has opened the door to a review of the NRL's set-restart rules and ruck interpretations at the end of the season, saying the Commission will keep an open mind on input from players before balancing all views. It follows players raising concerns over inconsistencies in ruck and set-restart interpretations.
