Fiji name first extended World Cup squad, headlined by Kikau and Koroisau

Fiji have become the first nation to confirm their squad for the 2026 Rugby League World Cup, naming an extended 40-man group. NRL stars Viliame Kikau, Apisai Koroisau, Jahream Bula and Jacob Saifiti headline the squad, with Sunia Turuva and the Fainu brothers — Latu, Samuela and Sione — also included. Former NRL players Maika Sivo, Semi Valemei and Waqa Blake, now playing in the Super League, have also been named.
